If you know me well enough, you will know that I can have soup/stews any season, doesn't matter how hot or cold.
One of my favorite go to soups has to be Chicken Tortilla Soup. I came across two slow cooker recipes that look interesting so I will definitely be trying them. I normally don't make mine in the slow cooker so it should be fun to try. Watch this space!
